  • Skype
  • H.323/SIP
  • AccessGrid

Day/Time

  • Good for both coasts
  • Regular

Who?

  • NTC, I think Henry may be working with them now. Is this our first "hand-off"?

Once we have a pool of people we can find a time that works for at least some of us regularly. Maybe this is the wrong model, should it be here's a list of people and each person/group chooses one and sets-up an individual meeting with them. Kristina, I think you and I are the two people that have shown definite interest in being a regular part of this, if anyone else is please let us know.

I think the best way to get our Virtual Rounds project going is to just start advertising a regular day/time and bridge number for people to join. If we build it and advertise it and they don't come then at least we tried and we'll know not to do that again.

Paul, UNI has the only H.323/SIP bridge that we can use, would it be possible to schedule a regular meeting on a static number there? A simpler solution would be a voice only bridge, I have access to one we could use to start. At the other end of the spectrum would be using the AccessGrid. Any thoughts on the correct place to start?

Henry, other than learning how to do this from you, are there any other synergistic aspects we should develop?
