Sc09-committee-structure
From Education
This is my proposed committee structure for the SC09 Education Program. It based on a bunch of conversations and a couple of WAGs, people without a question mark next to their name have agreed to that position. Please let me know if you are comfortable with what I propose, your ideas, etc. As Paul says it's written in sand.
Each of these high-level areas roughly corresponds to a budget area. Once we actually have a report that we can use I will distribute it so we know roughly what we're working with.
Each of the area chairs would recruit people to work with them. I expect that all the first-level people will try to have a weekly telecon and that each area chair would develop their own communication structure as need be. I'd like the wiki to be the central place where we keep call notes, to do lists, etc.
