Corrections and clarifications to the contest problems:

• The sudoku problem should specify 1 through 9 not 0 through 9
• roaster does not have gridMathematica installed, don't use it for that problem
• To Err is Human does not require you to use MPI or parallelism in general.
• In the Monte Carlo problem the 2.2 miles on Collins should be 40 MPH.
• The IP mapping for the Infiniband interfaces is as follows:
