Population Biology Simulations A nice collection of simulations that would be easy to use in a classroom setting

Mathematical population genetics - gives a concise description of some of the basic models (most of which can also be found on wikipedia).

The Molecular Science Student Workbench (http://bsw-uiuc.net/) provides many bioinformatics tools in an easy to use environment with many lesson available that can be viewed along with the tools.

Books

Mathematical Population Genetics - Covering the quantitative aspects of traditional population genetics.

Mathematical and Statistical Methods for Genetic Analysis - This text covers a broad range of quantitative methods of use to the contemporary geneticist.

Statistical Genetics: Gene Mapping Through Linkage and Association Focuses on linkage and mapping, topics widely applied in genomic research.

Computational modeling of genetic and biochemical networks - This approach is more commonly referred to as systems biology (the modeling of dynamic multi-component systems), and may be appropriate as part of a molecular genetics course.
