Networking fix in the latest build, as are other fixes.

Testing is moving along, testers will need to learn about reading tickets, testing tickets, and then closing tickets. Trac tutorial. Developers will mark things are they are fixed /and/ they are merged into trunk. Testers will mark defects as closed if they pass testing.

Figure-out how we can use Trac to distinguish between: feature request, bug, fixed bug, verified fix, etc. Sam, Aaron and Gus will do this.

Non sequitor - The next batch of LittleFe frames are in-progress, maybe 2 weeks or so.

OpenMPI's MPI_Reduce_all() is hanging periodically for Fitz and others. It looks like one node is trying to connect to another and not doesn't receive a response.
